Mô tả công việc
Responsible for support and development of private label product that meet market trend, customer need, business strategy and channel operation. Cooperate closely with suppliers, merchandising team, marketing team and package manufacturer.
• Collaborates with merchandising and marketing team to define product concept & key visual.
• Delivers presentations to get approval from board of management.
• Base on product formula given by supplier, cooperate with category team, internal audit team to write label scripts for product packaging.
• Implements packaging solutions resulting in improved consumer experiences, package performance, reduced packaging costs and optimized store layout.
• Propose marketing assets to improve customer awareness and reach more customers.
• Follows production to ensure product visual & package quality.
• Timely update project status, progress, issues, solutions to related department
• Identifies packaging improvement opportunities and collaborates with internal/external parties to develop day by day.
• Evaluates and selects appropriate materials packaging improvement projects
• Maintains knowledge and awareness of packaging technologies and developments.
• Maintain understanding brand guidelines to make sure product commitment.
• Keep understanding market trend, competitor landscape and customer need of mom and baby product
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the product development process across the merchandising and marketing team
• Other project and duties as assigned.
