Mô tả công việc
* In charge of Overseas Remittance:
- Process overseas inward and outward remittance;
- Check overseas documents and make transaction of direct-visit customers/ Fax or email register customers;
- Check swift, inquires from other banks and solve if any issues occuring;
- Update and comply with the Procedure manual, internal rules, memorandums, Bank rules, regulations and other instruction from supervisor, Head of Department and Management;
- Make daily/ monthly report to manager, compliance department, foreign exchange department, etc.
- Make and collect imperfection list of customer who send remittance application via fax/email, list of capital and loan receiving/ paying of customers, storing documents;
- Follow-up reconcile sheet for fee, fund with Woori Vietnam HO and clear balance;
* In charge of Import-Export tasks:
- Receive and process request for opening nogotiation, L/C, D/A, D/P, customer's money transfer request;
- Advise customers on issues related to international money transfer, trade finance, foreign guarantee;
- Handle daily affairs related to international money transfer operation and correctly handle transactions related to international money transfer operations;
- Other tasks as assigned by managers.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate from University of Economics/ Banking/ Finance/ Foreign Trade, etc;
- Fluent in English or Korean;
- Hardworking, eager to learn;
- Have experience on overseas remittance or import - export in other banks.
