Oversea Purchasing Executive

The Oveversea Purchasing Executive position mainly involves working with internal departments and oversea suppliers to plan and execute import orders for ConCung‘s merchandise. It also includes developing and monitoring the whole order process and related KPIs.

Top Accountabilities
1. Order Processing:
- Review the import order created on the system.
- Follow up suppliers to ensure shipments dispatched as plan & correct shipping documents provided on time.
- Cooperate with logistics team to manage 3PL in order to complete customs formalities including custom clearance, registration, import licenses, letter of authorization, sub-labelling and POSM.
- Process payment for suppliers.
- Work with Customs authorities regarding price checking and other relevant issues.
2. Report and Monitoring:
- Build the SOP and the KPI for the processes of the whole team and involved parties.
- Track, monitor the import process and tackle occurring problems, and report for the visibility of customs progress as well as KPIs.
- Build master data and documents retention to keep track and record customs clearance documents (data, information, minute of meeting) to access efficiently. Ensure all needed documents are compliant and ready not only for customs clearance process but also for following post-customs requirements.
- Master data maintenance frequently for consistent registration with customs and avoid/minimize risks.
3. Planning:
- Work with Concung’s system and analyst team and other internal departments to develop the import plan for all import products.
- Track and updating changes of laws/regulations relating to import.
- Find opportunities and execute for cost saving, leadtime reducing and system improving.

- Graduate from top universities with degree in Management, Business or Economics.
- GPA 7.5 or above.
- Good command of English, especially in writing.
- Fresh Graduates with solid background in International Trade and good English are welcomed.
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in Logistics / Customs clearance for trade / manufacturing / 3PL companies preferred.
- Good with numbers, logical thinking, communication and decision making.
- Careful, accountable. We are looking for an explorer and responsibility taker.
