- Guide the process to employees, workers are known to perform. Production planning
- According to the overall plan was delivered, the manager conducting the production plan, guarantee must meet the requirements on the progress, quality. (from the input to the output of the product.)
- According to the situation of the actual production, coordinating the HR recruiting more workers if necessary.
- Organization of work assignment on a daily, weekly, monthly for management in American manufacturing.
- Guide, urging workers and management work to ensure the correct workflow, schedule, quality requirements.
- Balanced production capacity between the chains, proactively propose solutions to increase production efficiency.
- Responsible to superiors about the situation, the progress of production and the quality product
- Manage the entire monitoring operation of the plant
- Do the job report as specified by the company

At least 3 year experience or more in the outerwear garment company as same position.

* Preferred language
- English
- Korean is a plus

* Work Place
- Mainly at Binh Duong Factory and sometimes other company‘s branches upon request by company car.
- 48 hours/week
- Business car 1: depart from Long An (Ben Luc).
- Business car 2: depart from Mien Dong Bus Station.
