Outward Bound exists to unlock human potential. We provide team building programs for companies and educational expeditions for schools. These programs develop valuable life-skills in individuals and help strengthen the next generation of citizens.

We are seeking mature, energetic and inspired applicants be a part of this and join our Outdoor Instructor Training Programme.

Successful applicants will be provided with the skills and experience and training necessary to work in these roles. This is a thorough and rigorous outdoor leadership development programme run by foreign experts and offers international perspectives on outdoor education. Our teams of instructors have a strong sense of community spirit and an adventurous nature.

Outward Bound Vietnam is part of a global network, and is registered by Department of Education and Training in Vietnam as an educational provider of outdoor learning programs.

Working places:
- HaLong: Hung Thang, Halong, Quang Ninh
- Binh Dinh: Nhon Hoi Economic Zone, Cat Hai, Phu Cat, Binh Dinh

Essential requirements:
• Vietnamese citizen
• Have a belief in human potential
• A mature and energetic nature
• Strong ethics, values and integrity
• A high level of personal initiative
• A willingness to be flexible in regards to situations and working hours
• Communication skills in English
• Experience in some outdoor activities including hiking, camping, climbing or kayaking.
• A desire to work in outdoor locations
