We are looking for ENERGETIC, PASSIONATE & MOTIVATIONAL Leaders to join our Vietnam Team in both Saigon & Hanoi.
We're looking for people with a passion for sales to expand our existing sales teams in Vietnam by:
- Recruiting & Training new Telesales Representatives (Membership Consultants)
- Providing constant Coaching & Mentoring to improve your sales staff = lead them & your team to reach your goals & targets to earn BIG $$$
- Being a proactive, problem-solving Leader = don't tell us the problem, tell us your ideas to solve the problem
- Motivating and Exciting your sales team on a daily basis with fun games, incentives $$$ and other benefits
In this role you will be trained and coached by an inspirational foreign leader with sales experience across 7 countries in Asia including 5 years in Vietnam!!!
This opportunity is IDEAL for 2 types of candidates:
1 - High-performing Sales People with a proven track record of reaching/exceeding personal sales targets who are looking to take their first step into Sales Management.
2 - Experienced Sales Managers with a proven track record of recruiting, training & coaching sales people to reach/exceed individual and team targets.
