Mô tả công việc
• Handle full set of import/export shipping documents and place bookings with air/ocean carriers and inland transport operators.
• Ensure quotations and bills are handled efficiently and accurately.
• Provide and communicate updated marketing information to customers and overseas agents
• Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases according to company’s SOP.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support manager, new customer implementation, and any adhoc duties assigned by superior.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Have good knowledge in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent sectors.
- At least 03 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Fluency in English
- Applicants who are available as soon as possible will be prefered.
