Mô tả công việc
1. Process Bill of Lading (B/L) : Daily check tentative bookings, Contact shippers to get shipping instruction, make B/L, checking final loading data, cross check with Operation (OPS) & Customer service (CSR) in case of data discrepancy.
2. Send notice of S/I cut off time to customers weekly.
3. Close vessel & process advanced manifest filing ( ACE/ACI/ENS/AFR/CAMS) and solve any issues related to the filing ( 6H, DNL, rejections…)
4. Submit e-manifest to local customs.
5. Provide advanced manifest filing report (ACE/ACI/ENS) to transport for T/S cargo
6. Correct B/L before & after vessel closed.
7. Input cargo release request (CRR), issue B/L ( OBL, Sur B/L, SWB)
8. Handle any traffic & doc issues (COD, tri-party, roll over cargo…)
9. Follow-up all docs & trades guidance carefully.
10. Back up for CSR/ Inbound Documentation position.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree. Majoring in Economics, Sea Transport Economics, Business Administration or English
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required)
- Working Experience/ Professional requirement:
• At least 01 year experience in container shipping industry or forwarding company .
• Have good knowledge of shipping, import and export
• Good skill of communication, negotiation, trouble-shooting, customer service…
• Good at language communication (both English & Vietnamese)
- Good at computer skill: Good communication.
- English Skills: Fluently.
- Computer literate, especially with Internet Explorer, MS Office.
- Customer service skills (Internal/External).
- Dynamic.
- Problem solving.
- Professionalism.
- Good written and verbal English (Certificates are required)
