Mô tả công việc
Drive, manage, develop & coordinate a dedicated hotel loyalty call center for an outbound Call Center Manager for a dedicated Hotel loyalty call centers for New member acquisition or Renewing of existing members.
1. Ensure efficiency, productivity and profitability of the call center.
2. Responsible for the proper financial functions and smooth operation of the call center.
3. Maintain client relations and development of business growth, with the introduction of existing and new contacts within the hotel, recreational and leisure industries and assisting with the nurturing of resulting relationships with the aim of business generation.
4. Set up, administration, control and after sales service of hotel and hospitality marketing call centers.
5. Effectively, recruit, train and motivate a team of telemarketers on an on-going basis in order to achieve the forecasted sales results within the allocated time and budget levels.
6. Generate ideas and competitions, aimed at motivating staff and generating higher volume of sales.
7. Ensure adherence to Admin, Finance and HR policies.
8. Responsible for call center office opening/closing and ensuring policies are being adhered to.
9. Staff Management – Assistant managers, telemarketers, administrators, performance and development reviews.
10. Development of business strategies and tactics in pursuit of the HMC’s goals and objectives.
11. Development of related operational, financial and marketing plans and forecasts.
12. Ensure weekly performance of telemarketer and call centers are in pursuit of the HMC’s goals and objectives as well as margins.
13. Conduct effective recruitment, training and encouragement call centers management staff and telemarketers.
14. To conduct regular orientation for the personnel of the participating hotel.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Junior Bachelor or above
2. At least 2 years outbound Call Centre / Telemarketing essential
3. Good leadership skills with a can do attitude
4. Willing to travel or relocate at short notice
5. Good verbal and written in English is a plus
6. Good in Office software
7. Can work under great pressure
8. Willing to take on challenges
9. Provide career development
