Organizational Effectiveness Engineer (Plant System)

We invite applications for the position of OE Engineer at Colgate Palmolive - My Phuoc branch. The OE Engineer will own system development roadmaps and projects in partnership with IT SSOs and Plant functional business process owners from an approach of driving changes in “People, Processes and Systems”. This position also take responsibilities for developing and leading training and change management initiatives to foster and maintain system utilization.

Working Location: Colgate Palmolive - My Phuoc branch (My Phuoc 3 Industrial Park, Binh Duong)

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial management, Industrial system engineering, Management information systems, Information technology
- Have experience with engineering, supply chain operations, and/or IT Supply Chain is a plus
- SAP experience required
- Experience in project management required (global experience preferred)
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and core processes, and plant floor equipment
- Familiar with Tablue and/or coding language is a big plus
- Good teamwork and growth mindset
