Mô tả công việc
• Taking responsibility for sales order full process: from receiving order to invoicing
• Discussing with customer for alternative cases
• Working with plant and logistics for processing, scheduling, delivering
• Reminding, following up payment and overdue
• Pre-dunning in some exceptional cases
• Working with Sales and BA team for blocked sales order
• Deducting monthly discount
• Working with Account Receivable for booking deferred payment and specific cases
• Following up and reminding customer order on time
• Following up and report unstable cases (order, payment,…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate
- At least 2 year experience in the same position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hard working and ability to work under high pressure
- Detail oriented, logical and careful
