Mô tả công việc
1. Sales order process:
- Sales order full process: from receiving order to invoicing
- Discussing with customer for alternative cases
- Working with plant and logistics for processing, scheduling, delivering
- Following up to remind order from customer
2. Customer payment:
- Pre-dunning in some exceptional cases
- Reminding, following up payment and overdue
- Following up payment promise after unblocking order
- Weekly update payment status of overdue
3. Promotion:
- Following up promotion program launched by Sales and Marketing
- Working with Marketing, Plant and Logistics to delivery promotion gift to customer
4. Other:
- Calculating monthly discount of customers base on approved scheme
- Discounting deduction exactly and legally.
- Working with Account Receivable for booking deferred payment and specific cases
