Mô tả công việc
PRIMARY: To execute the internal Order Processing & Logistics process includes but not limited to the following:
1. Offer and Contract preparation for goods:
▪ Request/negotiate purchase prices with suppliers (or other Rieckermann Offices)
▪ Estimate shipping/logistic cost
▪ Calculate the final offer price
▪ Communicate and follow up with sales
▪ Prepare offer/quotation and contract
2. Logistics for goods:
▪ Organize international shipping
▪ Manage importation
▪ Arrange local delivery
3. Order registration:
▪ Order registration of all local orders (incl. internal and external service orders)
▪ Maintain data quality in Local Order Database
▪ Communicate and follow up with Technical Service manager(s) about orders
4. Warehouse Control
▪ Daily stock in/out controling
▪ Track and follow up shipment status and keep the corresponding managers informed if any missing
▪ Keep tracking
SECONDARY: To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Team Leader

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Bachelor Degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration or equivalent
2. Min. 3 years of experience in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Office, Supply Chain
3. Good communicative skill and motivational attitude
4. Works well under high pressure from different counterparts
5. Good command of English (verbal and written)
6. Proficiency in MS Office applications
7. Goal-oriented, dynamic and a high sense of responsibility
8. Disciplined and well-organized
9. Professional appearance and demeanor
10. Ready for local travel which might occur.
