Mô tả công việc
(What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)
• Ensure On time delivery to Customers (OTDS 96.5%, OTA 96.5%, OTDC2 98%)
• Communicate with customer (global) on customer needs and delivery schedule
• Communicate and work together with internal cross functional in term of daily planning, bottle neck and constraint
• Daily production plan based on line capacity & customer priority any reasons of delay are understand and high light
• Ensure and Monitoring production performance as per plan.
Monthly:
• SIOP step3 with Downstream planner –WK1 (to share readiness/difficulty from plant view)
• Update BSC for assigned KPI.
• Update MPP data with Downstream planner –WK4 (capacity, production planning, …)
Weekly:
• Weekly rescheduling order FMI- cancellation/pull in/push out
• Weekly SIM meeting with DCs
• Provide shipping plan
• Capacity planning for production/Q management
• Perform RCA analysis for MTO lead time/ propose actions
• Perform RCA analysis for BOL/ propose actions
• Perform RCA analysis for OTDM/ propose actions
• Perform RCA analysis for OTDS/ propose actions
• Perform RCA analysis for FMI-UHS/ propose actions
• Manage PO discrepancy with WH Outbound team
Daily:
• Attend SIM2 meeting with support function
• Exception message view/PR conversion at HA view
• Action on classic10 message (AB/LA/no IB,… ) at HA system
• Daily planning align with priority and materials availability
• Action on indusoft message: missing production order, not allocation, on hold, suspend, ...
• Daily checking order intake to reschedule align with capacity/forecast for SEMV and FMI-HA
• Respond CRs/Email with customers
• Daily requirement report at Factory (production plan/output/intake order)
• Manage Q within the target

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply chain management
Job Related Experience: Minimum 2 years
Business Understanding: Good understand with Global Supply Chain Process
- Skill on supply and demand process and MRP
- Know how to develop cross-function relation and lead change with people
- Fluent in English communication
- Understand how internal and external capacity is defined
- Familiar with SAP (SD), MS office
