ABB's High Voltage Products team provides products which help enhance the safety, reliability and efficiency of power networks while minimizing environmental impact. Our technology leadership continues to facilitate developments in areas such as ultra-high-voltage power transmission, enabling smart grids and enhancing eco-efficiency.

You will oversee Order Handling, coordinate with customers and internal team (planning team, production team, etc.) on Order Receipt & Delivery to achieve OA on time sent, COTD KPIs and customer satisfaction in Vietnam. Reporting to the Planning & Fulfillment Manager, you will collect demand/sales input from customers and transfer the verified information to planning team to arrange materials and production plan. You will also monitor Forecast Accuracy to minimize big fluctuation or in order to take proper actions in coordination with VCM department to achieve Revenue & Inventory targets.

***Your responsibilities
- Receiving new orders/inquiries from customers, check requirements, give quotes (if required) and transfer the input to planners and monitoring Order Received & Revenue in coordination with planning team to reach targets.
- Receiving the confirmed delivery dates from planners, create sales orders in SAP & send OA to customers and handling the delay or advance requests in order to reach Revenue/Cash-in target in coordination with controlling team.
- Collecting Monthly Rolling Forecast from customers monthly and coordinate with Planning team to analyze the deviation which affects material & production planning.
- Meeting with customers to verify the deviation & get input for future demand by analyzing customer’s loading and following up to get the reliable demand and transfer to planners to upload demand in SAP for material procurement.
- Coordinating with quality team follow CCRP handling procedure when CCRP is received and preparing supporting documents & processes billing for credit notes, manage handlings within due dates of CCRPs.
- Organizing meeting monthly with Quality/Production follow up Re- /Export A31’s CDs and tax payment and report customer complaints costs monthly.
- Issuing billing to customer before month end following billing procedure and checking CIT and remind customer to pay on time.

- A University degree in FTU or NEU
- More than 2 years of experience as order handler in a foreign invested company, preferably in logistical alignment, customer service.
- Ability to work well under pressure independently as well as in a team.
- Good computer skills (Microsoft, CAD, SAP).
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
