Mô tả công việc
• Accountable for the process chain from CRM quote verification to invoicing to customer
• CPO Owner, driving continuous process improvement
• Accountable for inventory accuracy, discrepancies are resolved and corrective action is implemented
• Supervise on inbound & outbound activities to ensure service providers provide excellent support on customs clearance and on time delivery
• Implement Lean practices in warehouse operations to maximize warehouse space, utilization and efficiency
• Ensure compliance to import and export regulations for all shipment from/to different countries where logistic movements are required
• Lead and drive changes to warehouse and logistics procedures and work flow to improve overall operational efficiency and ensuring all procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to
• Ensure all operations documents are well maintained for audit purposes
• Work closely with sales and operations teams towards customer service excellence
• Management consignment stock at sites and monitor on the progress of goods return
• Support Sales & Service staff and provide information on deliveries, service scheduling, etc.
• Manage and guide Sales & Service Administration team and ensure all team members are well trained
• Ensure all orders are timely and accurately entered into system
• Oversees the order fulfillment process ensuring orders are processed in accordance with the ZEISS’ customer service standards
• Lead the bi-annual stock counts in the warehouse
• Build credibility and trust with internal and external customers by interacting with customers and a high degree of responsiveness
• Apply business and process knowledge to manage / recommend alternate courses of action in handling day to day operations / problem solving
• Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
• Ensure Global initiatives are supported and all measurements are in place to meet these goals
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in order processing, sales support, customer service and / or inventory management or order fulfillment. At least 3 years of managerial experience
• Manage the total company logistics, distribution and shipping for all inbound and outbound to deliver high customer service level.
• Experienced in direct customer and managing relationship with 3PL warehouse partner for 3rd party order processing and performance evaluation.
• Strong knowledge in SAP SDMM and MS Office applications
• Experience in Import / Export transactions or International trade is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Process driven with attention to detail
• Business acumen and pragmatic
• Team player with people management skills
