Mô tả công việc
- Receive purchase request foods, nonfood from sites and action.
- Purchase special ordered items (Japanese foods, Chinese food, function...).
- Check good receiving at sites.
- Update and send Menu for new week to sites, suppliers -> moved to OPS
- Update PRJ of sites.
- Collection delivery notes, VAT invoice from supplier
- Receive VAT invoice and prepare payable documents (VAT invoice, PO, delivery notes)
- Follow up and update PRJ report for all sites
- Saturday duties in ADEN office (half a day, 2 times per month)
- Other duties which required by Supply Chain Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• In food and beverage industry is preferred
• Good MS office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel
• English skill (in reading and writing)
• English: Intermediate.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in Accounting
