Mô tả công việc
1. Responsible to handle OQC quality inspection.
2. Manage a team of OQC inspector to perform OQC inspection as per established procedures.
3. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly OQC inspection report to QA management.
4. Ensure inspector is competence to carry out the work by training all inspectors and matain skill matrix.
5. Ensure working area 5S, equipment in good conditions and a safe working area and follow all safety rules.
6. Follow NCMR procedure when NG part is detected.
7. Training of OQC staff and conduct certification test periodically.
8. Support CQE on NCMR and quality improvement matters & customer audits.
9. Follow all Management System procedures as per ISO9001/ISO14001/IATF16949.
10. Accept additional responsibilities as of required.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Technical training school in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5~7 years experiences in Metal Stamping Process or high volume manufacturing environment.
3. Able to read and understand customer mechanical drawings and perform simple measurement using equipment/tools like CMM, Height Gauge, Smart Scope, profile projectors etc…
4. Automotive Industry background is preferable. Senior supervisor for >7 yrs experience.
5. Strong interpersonal skill with external customer and internal teams.
6. Good communication skill in English or Chinese
7. Competent in using computer and report writings, Microsoft Office and Outlook.
8. Flexibility in term of working hours and able to work on rotation shift.
