- Supervise daily production to ensure that production is on time and in full as per agreed schedule;

- Supervise the production process to ensure that formulations and procedure, work instruction are followed

- To carry out filling activity in full compliance to HSSE requirements of the Group and the standards or specific requirements of the Customers.
Thực hiện các công việc nhằm tuân thủ quy định của tập đoàn về HSSE, hoặc các tiêu chuẩn yêu cầu cụ thể từ khách hàng

- To coordinate maintenance related to filling without affecting production. Participates in the maintenance scheduling and provides key operations input to plant maintenance plans and activities.
Sắp xếp lich bảo trì, tham gia vào việc bảo trì máy móc thiết bị đảm bảo việc không ảnh hưởng đến hoạt đông sản xuất

- Monitor the production waste and loss in order to meet the requirements;
Giám sát quản lý hao hụt và tổn thất trong sản xuất đạt mức yêu cầu.

- Monitoring the stock quantity, quality checking. Monitor and explain the gain/loss of product period. Arrange the stock take period , monito the process
Thực hiện kiểm kê nguyên vật liệu, vật tư. Báo cáo về hao hụt theo chu kì sản xuất. Chuẩn bị các công việc liên quan và thực hiện kiểm kê theo kế hoạch

- Creating training materials, giving refresh training for worker about process, safety , quality
Thiết lập tài liệu hướng dẫn, tiến hành đào tạo công nhân đầu vào về quy trình, hệ thống an toàn, chất lượng ..

- Sets and reviews KPI for the operating team based on laid down objectives
Lập KPI cho nhóm vận hành dựa trên mục tiêu của công ty

- Colege graduate in relevant fields (Chemical/ Industrial Engineering)
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng hoặc tương đương ngành Công nghệ hóa dầu hoặc kỹ thuật công nghiệp)

- At least 3 year experience in Production company
Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại công ty sản xuất,

- Have been working in chemical process plant is an advantage
Đã từng làm việc tại các nhà máy sản xuất hóa dầu là một lợi thế

- Work individually, in team, hard; willing to work overtime in shift if needed
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, làm việc theo nhóm và làm thêm giờ, làm theo ca khi có yêu cầu của công việc

- Effective problem solvent ability Effective supervisory skills
Có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề, kỹ năng giám sát
