Role: you work on monitoring and controlling the production process. In addition, a number of tasks are performed in the area of maintenance, quality control and registration of process data

Duties will include and not be limited to:

Start-up phase/ Giai đoạn khởi đầu
• Assist in mechanical installation of the equipment
• Hỗ trợ lắp đặt máy thiết bị cơ khí
Operational phase/ Giai đoạn vận hành
• Work according to the safety regulations guidelines;
Thực hiện công việc tuân thủ theo các qui định & hướng dẫn về an toàn
• Responsible for ensuring optimum quality products through the operation of the filling and packaging machines following operational and quality standards, ensuring the product is clean and sterile.
Vận hành máy rót và đóng gói, đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt chất lượng tối ưu theo đúng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và hoạt động sản xuất, đảm bảo sản phẩm sạch và vô trùng.
• Operate the machines including the start up, changeover, cleaning and stop the installations;
Vận hành máy gồm các công việc như khởi động máy, chuyển đổi, làm sạch và dừng cài đặt
• You identify deviations in the production process and you intervene when necessary;
Xác định sai lệch trong quá trình sản xuất và can thiệp khi cần thiết
• Perform required quality checks.
Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng theo yêu cầu
• Carefully record the production and quality data;
Ghi nhận dữ liệu sản xuất và chất lượng cẩn thận
• Responsible for the routine maintenance of the machines;
Bảo trì, bảo dưỡng máy theo định kỳ
• Maintaining a workplace at a GMP level
Duy trì môi trường làm việc đạt GMP
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process.

Qualifications:
Trình độ
• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thực phẩm
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aseptic liquid food/pharmaceutical manufacturing
Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành nước uống/ hoặc dược phẩm
