Operations (Upto 600$)

***** Import:
1. Received pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.
2. Contact with customer to prepare to do import customs clearance, update information for cargo release to CNEE.
3. Check import requirement procedure to import cargo and reply to customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code, import license ( if any)
4. Update related law
5. Fulfil Control table sheet.
6. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
7. Issuing debit note and send to customer for confirmation.
8. Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements.

***** Export:
1. Received inquiries from customer/ oversea and arrange for booking
2. Contact with customer to prepare to do export customs clearance, update information for cargo release to customer.
3. Check export requirement procedure to export cargo and reply to customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code,
4. Update related law
5. Fulfil Control table sheet.
6. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.
7. Issuing debit note and send to customer for confirmation.
8. Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements

Gender: Nam/nữ
1. At least 2 years with knowledge in all fields: Air & sea freight forwarding and logistics operation, Domestic delivery.
2. University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
3. Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office, Incoterm 2010.
4. High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
5. Good negotiation and communication skill
6. Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
7. Strong and never give up spirit
8. Willing to learn and high motived.
