Job purpose/Mục đích công việc
• Responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating the Technical training & development activities for
Production Department.

Specific key responsibilities and expected outcomes/Công việc chính và kết quả mong đợi
• Conduct training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed to
build the skill matrix and training matrix and development career path for Productions.
• Ensuring that the skills and capabilities of the employees meet the needs of the business.
• Producing training materials and conduct in-house training courses for productions.
• Conducting appraisals, both, theoretical and on the job for all workers.
• Provide quality production training program to ensure new hire have the knowledge, skills and ability to
perform the production tasks for which they were hired.
• Maintain training records, procedures, and job instructions.
• Conducting appraisals, both, theoretical and on the job.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Education, Training/Kiến thức, giáo dục, đào tạo
• University Degree (degree in Industrial Management/ Engineering)
• Good knowledge of handling employee competency

Experience/Kinh nghiệm
• Good experience (3-5 years) in Learning & Development field at multinational companies in a production/manufacturing environment, preferably in Food company

Abilities/Skills/Khả năng/Kỹ năng
• Good communication (both oral & written English & Vietnamese),
• Good Presentation; use of Excel, PowerPoint
• Operational Analysis
• Team Development
