Mô tả công việc

*** Directly report to HCM Branch Manager.
*** Subordinate staffs: Branch Admin, Customer Service Executive, Stock Keeper and Sales Admin.

*** Responsibilities and Duties:
* Operation Support:
- Maintain & Streamline operation policy & procedure of iCabs (Service System Management Software).
- Cooperate with operation team in term of service quality, in term of operational risk control.
- Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving.
- Is responsible of analyzing all costs and ensures that the annual saving budget is met.

* Sales Support:
- Participate in the development of plans for sales regions.
- Track credit-based sale transactions, stay up-to-date on due renewal dates and prompt relevant Sales team to follow up for renewal.
- Oversee maintenance of accurate and up-to-date sales records/ documentation.

* Inventory Management:
- To manage and maintain discipline of all staff as to follow the warehouse rules and regulations, SOP and H.S.E policy.
- Co-ordinate with the other departments to maintain the stock at the right level to minimize the cost incurred.
- Manage timely processing of internal customers’ purchase request to ensure promptness of service delivery.

* Service Planning:
- Coordinates with Sales Team for preparing forecasts and Sales and Operations Planning.
- Is responsible of prepare the daily, weekly and monthly service plan, according to service capabilities.

* Manpower Control:
- Lead people, including hiring and retaining talent, directing reports, defining KPI's and monitoring performance via training, coaching, motivate and engage the team.
- Collaborate with other departments in creating a trust, respect and engagement teamwork.

*Reporting:
- Make sure relating reports are updated timely and accurately.
- Other jobs assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain or relevant;
- Over 4 year working experience in Operations Management or relevant;
- Demonstrable knowledge of both warehouse and stock management;
- Strong Management and Leadership skills;
- Problem solving and Adaptability abilities;
- Communication skills;
- Planning and Organizing;
- Data Processing skills;
- MS ability;
- Good English skills.
