Operations Staff

MAIN TASKS
- Do export/import customs clearance for domestic/over sea shipments:
- Work with customer/supplier to confirm the suitability of documents & CDS based on PO/ Sales contract.
- Prepare export CDS on the e-declaration system and work with the forwarder to finish it.
- Arrange the goods shipment based on the customs clearance status.
- Support the forwarder and customers in customs procedure, follow up to make sure that the forwarder finishes all related tasks and collect all the required documents.
- Work with customs officer if needed.
- File hardcopy CDS and record on the system.
- Check monthly SOA for the forwarder.
OTHER TASK
- Support stock management
- Support other members of the group to complete tasks well.
- Do other tasks assigned by BOM.

- Well-versed in order processing and/or managing functions.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with flexibility with regards to job responsibilities.
- IT competencies (office suite, email, internet, etc.)
- Good level of Business English proficiency.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
