Operations (Plant) Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

a. Review purchase requests from all operation departments against department budget and provide guidance on resource allocation, as needed

b. Ensure payment requests from all operation departments comply with company policy

c. Monitor performance against financial plans/ updates/ LBE's and ensure management is advised on exposure issues.

d. Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the Operations and provide daily update to the team during daily meetings

e. Provide guidance to Operations Services for projects relate to, but not limited to:

Operational Excellence
Lean Manufacturing Practices
Cycle time reduction
Cost reduction
Value Stream Mapping
Kaizen
f. Implement and monitor Operations team compliance with all relevant Abbott Financial policies and Procedures

g. Participating and support in building strategic planning for sites including continuous improvement

h. Train operations services team members in all aspects of continuous improvement for the site

i. Monitor OPEX, CAPEX, Standard Cost and other forms of budget utilization for the Operations team

j. Provide monthly report to Site Director/Area related to Operations finance

k. Ensure strict compliance of operations services team with site SOPs, EHS and quality requirements

(Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time)

At least five year experience in an international business at senior level
Strong communication in both English and Vietnamese
Committed, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Team-player, be able to work closely with staff from other functions
BA in Accounting & Finance
Qualified chief accountant
Ongoing ACCA
