Effectively manage production responsibilities for all manufacturing operations in the facility as
well as all facility Staff supports Areas.
• Tạo môi trường làm việc để đảm bảo nhân viên có mối quan hệ tốt và tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các tôn chỉ kinh doanh toàn cầu của HBI.
Promote and submit work atmosphere to ensure good employee relations and strict adherence to HBI Global Business Practices.

Develop and submit manufacturing budgets and projects to senior management for approval in conjunction with Plant Manager

Provide safe work areas for all employees.
• Đảm bảo tất cả các thiết bị sản xuất, cũng như cơ sở vật chất vận hành trơn tru.
Ensure that all production equipment, as well as the facility’s physical structure, is properly maintained.

Manage ongoing cost reduction projects, cost avoidance and continuous improvement projects for the facility.
• Bảo vệ tài sản của công ty, đảm bảo chúng chỉ được sử dụng phù hợp với chính sách và mục đích của công ty.
Protect company assets to ensure they are only used in accordance with established company policies and goals.
• Đào tạo lực lượng lao động đồng thời xây dựng đội ngũ quản lý có năng lực và có trách nhiệm.
Staff and train the facility’s workforce while building a competent and responsible management team.
• Đảm bảo chính xác các mục tiêu của hàng tồn kho
Attain inventory accuracy goals to improve company exposure at fiscal inventory.
• Cân bằng nhu cầu sản xuất theo yêu cầu khách hàng để cải thiện tính linh hoạt và dịch vụ khách hàng.
Balance production demands as required to enhance flexibility and customer service.
• Tham dự các cuộc họp cần thiết. Hỗ trợ các sáng kiến khác khi cần thiết để hỗ trợ các nhu cầu của doanh nghiệp
Attend required meetings and react to those as necessary. Serve on taskforces and other initiatives as necessary to support the needs of the business

Attain quality goals defined by management and regularly report those results as required for the facility.
• Hỗ trợ phát triển kinh doanh thông qua quá trình đánh giá chi phí.
Support business development through cost estimation process.
• Báo cáo hàng tuần về chi tiết hiệu suất, chất lượng, tồn kho, WIP và an toàn.
Provide weekly reports detailing production performance, quality, inventory, WIP, and safety.
• Tương tác với các khu vực chức năng khác nhau trong công ty để giúp đáp ứng các yêu cầu chung của công ty.
Interact with various function areas within the company to help meet overall company requirements.

• Học vấn/ Bằng cấp: Đại học
Education/Degrees: Bachelor degree
• Số năm kinh nghiệm: 5 năm ở cấp quản lý
Years of experience: 5 years in management level
• Loại kinh nghiệm: Kinh nghiệm về ngành may là một lợi thế
Type of experience: Garment Manufacturing is preferred
