Operations Manager

Drive Company's objectives

- Identifying, evaluating and selecting operation improvement programs to build the efficiency of Branch operations taking into account the company's vision and forward looking business plan.
- Provide support to The Warehouse, Yves Rocher, HoReCa and Retails sales
team: advise and liaise with BU Leaders in Head Quarter for any non- operational-related decision making, ensuring the delivery of the sales and distribution targets.
- Coordinating all Departments to make priorities of crossed functions done as schedule.
- Developing all required general business reporting, including annual and
monthly/ quarterly reports to Operations Director.

Warehouse/Branch Management

- Provide the best in class warehouse and delivery operation to support all business in Central Business.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction by ensuring high rate of delivery rate/performance.
Inventory Management
- Keep the optimum level of inventory and inventory turns, manage the inbound and outbound seamlessly
- Keep the quality of the storage of products by ensuring FEFO/FIFO
- Keep the lowest possible level of inventory physical discrepancy to the system

Team Building – ensuring the success of the team
- Manage the growth and success of the team
- Making sure that working environment is maintained at a very energetic and positive
- Provide guidance/decision making/problem solving to employees.
To carry out ad-hoc tasks as may be reasonably requested by the Operations Director.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (outgoing personality). Experience of project management against set deliverables.
- Ability to prioritize and organize workloads independently when required.
- Team player and the ability to work across different multi-media platforms and departments.
- To set own priorities in line with business needs and work constructively within the team and on your own initiative.
- Ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’. Attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze research projects. Event management.
- Willingness to learn and develop with the role.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business management
- Over 10 years of experience in commercial roles in FMCG industry, preferably food &
beverages industry
- Analytical thinking, knowledge of business environment, motivating others, problem solving, verbal & written communication, organizational awareness, strategic thinking, planning & organization.
