Operations Manager

• Cleaning related tasks
• Traveling around Ho Chi Minh and Surrounding areas
• Support with the recruitment of cleaners
• Order/ stock chemicals and equipment
• Preparing the cleaning checklists
• Preparing the training manual
• Prepare the shift schedule
• Arranging cover when staff are absent
• Training cleaners
• Evaluate the performance of the cleaner
• Quality control & inspections
• Process feedback from customers
• Promptly deal with any urgent matters
• Ensuring the staff comply with the company policy
• Supervising deep cleaning activities
• Contribute to the weekly operations meeting
• Represent the company and its policies in a professional manner at all times
• Assist with other duties and tasks as required

While this is a managerial position, you will still also be required to perform cleaning and should be accustomed to physical work and have good fitness and stamina.

• Ability to be strict and confident when supervising the staff

Experience/ Education
• 4 years + in a similar role
• Experience in Hotel Housekeeping would be desirable but not absolutely necessary
• English proficiency
• At least graduated from High-School.
• Able to use word, excel and email.
• At least medium English ability would be very useful but not essential if you have a lot of other skills.

Other
• 25-45 years’ old
• No criminal record
• Good health
• Has own motorbike

Performance bonus 12 days’ annual leave + 10 days for public holidays
6 days off per month (flexible days).

Actual working time shall vary depending on the project and work requirements. Therefore, availability at flexible times is important. Sometimes you may be required to work on the public holiday and take the day off on an alternative date.

- 13th payment after 1 year of service
