Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who has drive and passion to grow our business in Vietnam. Your responsibilities will include:
- Oversee Inventory Control Management, including the preparation of orders and raising invoices for suppliers both local and overseas.
- Organize shipments and custom clearance for the imported goods.
- Oversee on the registration of new imported products.
- Assist the Sales team by handling enquiries, agreements and orders.
- Assist the Accounts team by handling reporting, pricing and billing.
- Support administrative activities

Boncafé offers an international work environment. The salary offered is negotiable up to $850 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes 13th month bonus, private health insurance and other benefits.

You should have the following skills and attributes:
- At least 3 years of experience in stock management and administration
- Experience in importing, including documentation
- Experience assisting Sales and Accounting
- Experience preparing reports

You should also:
- Be committed to represent the company’s interests with honesty and integrity
- Be highly professional
- Be fluent in Vietnamese and have excellent spoken and written English
- Be self-motivated and work well in a team
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong organization skills
