Operations Manager

- Oversee the Design, Tender (QS), procurement, construction (pre-construction and post construction operation) and maintenance department.
- Formulate strategy to improve performance, quality, safety and resources (manpower, materials and equipments) for construction and maintenance.
- Prepare comprehensive maintenance program (peridic maintenance with details)
- Assist the tender in preparing construction related requirements (example org. chart, manpower schedule, construction schedule, quality control procedure and safety procedure)
- Ensure that all information are being transmitted from tender /design to construction group (Site/construction manager)
- Conduct internal kick-off meeting before the project actually start.
- Ensure monthly progress report, accomplishment and claim are being carried out on time.
- Oversee and ensure schedule are being complied and follow according to site requirements (example, construction schedule, material approval, drawings approval, placing order and delivery of materials, site commitments, etc).
- Ensure that project executed within the allocated budget and the most cost effective way.
- Ensure the materials and equipments warehousing and inventory are properly recorded (in-out) to avoid excessive materials requests.
- Ensure that the quality control program are being implemented in every installation .(example. Conduct inspection and test to all concealed and exposed installations.
- Ensure that the project executions are carried out at the highest quality standard.
- Ensure proper recording quality control documents are being done (Inspection with photos, delivery of materials and testings, Factory acceptance test, functional test with signature of involve parties, etc
- Regularly check the the cash flow and use them to improve profit
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Support HR to recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Report directly to director

- Electrical / Mechanical Engineer by profession with good technical background
- 35 yrs old and above
- 8-10 year construction management experience. Preventive maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
- With good understanding in preventive maintenance program (schedule and manpower, materials and equipments allocations)
- With ability to handle and control multiple projects ( simple to complex projects)
- With good attitude and flexible
- With good communications, management and leadership skills
- Self-driven and self motivated
- Willing to travel
- Can speak English fluently (dealing with English speaking clients)
