Mô tả công việc
* Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
* Assist Other Team with recruiting when necessary.
* Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
* Reporting, planning, and auditing inventory and sales.
* Work and Negotiate with Big Suppliers.
* Optimize the Operational Cost.
* Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
* Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
* Support worker communication with the management team.
* Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• At least 2-3 years of experience working management position in Trading Company.
• Communication, presentation, training & management skills, and have ability to motivate team
• Experienced managing over 10 employees.
• Ability to examine data, reports and complete the work on time
• Ability to resolve problems requiring accuracy and prompt
• Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Work, Excel, PowerPoint ...)
• Good communication, good presentation in Vietnamese and English language (speaking & writing).
• Communication, presentation, training & management skills, and have ability to motivate team
• Experienced managing over 10 employees.
• Ability to examine data, reports and complete the work on time

• Positive and enthusiastic work attitude
