Operations Manager

- Managing and operating Logistics operations;
- Establish, manage and maintain relationships with customers to provide services to customers;
- Co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies…) to provide good service to customer
- Organizing customs clearance agents, making B/L, D/O, and other shipping documents
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with customs , proficiency of all types, being able to solve problems related to goods management;
- Monitor the progress of freight forwarding, handling arising problems in the process of transporting goods of customers;
- Contact and work directly with foreign and local agents related to goods, costs, ....
- Contact the relevant departments to complete customer requirements and work related to forwarding;
- Input data in operation systems
- Perform other tasks as required by General Director.

- Graduating from university or higher with major of Logistics, Foreign Trade, Shipping, etc.
- Experience: 3 - 5 years, Having experience for 3 years in Logistic management field is priority.
- Good English ability (speaking & writing)
- Fluency in office computer
- Be honest, careful, dedicated and have a high sense of responsibility at work
- Good communication skills;
- Skills of organizing and managing time.
