Operations Leader

Main Role:
We are looking for qualified team leader to lead Operation team and provide effective guidance. The person should hold a strong set of fundamental business skills - business acumen, analytical ability, strong communication and people management - with a keen curiosity, flexibility, and desire to work in a highly dynamic environment.

This role will be key person of our operation team. You will be reporting to Operation manager and supervising around 10-member-team who are involved in back-end system monitoring, customer services & other operational works.

The operation team divided into 3 main verticals: back-end operational management, Risk management & Project management. This role will lead through all 3 verticals.

Main Responsibility:
Leading Operation team: Maintain an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Supervising a number of operational staffs who works in both working hours and night shift, supporting them in arrange their workload, set clear team goals, monitor team performance and report on metrics. Support manager to motivate team member, training and organizing team building activities.

Implementing analytical views and report to improve team’s efficiency: driving team’s efficiency by identifying bottleneck and pain points during operational process with analytical approaches.

Supporting Regional team in monitoring back-end system and deploy new features: Ops leader plays a crucial role in connecting local and Regional PM in launching and monitoring features, you will be responsible for local feedback including feedback from users/partners/internal team for any app features that needs enhancement.

Security eyes: supporting Frauds supervisor to improve internal risk management system as well as other high fraudulent exposure promotion/feature of AirPay wallet.

- At least 2 years working experience in similar position/fields.
- Willing to learn and adapt to fast changes, hands-on working attitude.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Discipline, details and result oriented.
- High team-work spirit, be open-minded and fun to work with.
- Good English communication.
- Prefer candidates with experience in the field of banking, finance, e-payment, external relations.
