Operations Lead

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global footwear technical components group, for its newly opened 100% subsidiary company.

A logistic lead is needed to effectively lead the Operations/Logistics Team to achieve organizational objectives.


As an operations lead, the candidate should be responsible for:
- Manage the overall operational logistics team covering logistics, inventory control and purchasing.
- Manage import and export procedures
- Deal with forwarders and customs
- Supervisor and provide guidance to team members to achieve performance targets
- Communicate and Coordinate with subsidiary company and other departments.
- Identify the issues and know how to work in teamwork to solve problems.
- Review processing and improve the operations effectiveness.
- Strong involvement in the company’s future success.
- Other duties as assigned by management to achieve the company’s objectives.

Skills and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
• An appropriate experience in operations and logistics.
• Knowledge in import-export and customs procedures

• Able to lead and manage people.
• Strong leadership skills, including supervisory, decision making, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• A strong work ethic and stays calm when under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written. Chinese also desirable
