Operations Fresh Program

An intensive and accelerated development program for fresh graduates.

This 12-months program is designed to nurture and develop future professionals in: Manufacturing & Engineering and Supply Chain

How am I qualified for this program? You must go through 3-rounds assessment
• 1st round (Jan 20 to Feb 29): Application and Online Testing
• 2nd round (Feb 24 to Mar 20): Video initial interview
• 3rd round (Mar 23 to Mar 27): Panel Interview

Work location: Binh Duong Factory

Expected to be on board: Apr 01st, 2020

Are you ready to kick start your career? Apply NOW if you are:
• Vietnamese nationality
• Fresh graduates, or less than 1 year working experience, from
o Universities with technical background in Industrial Management, Polytechnic – Mechanics/ Automation/Electrics-Electronics, System Engineering
o Universities with major in International Business Economics, External Economics or Business Administration
• Having GPA (Grade Point Average) of minimum 2.5/4 or 6.5/10
• Passionate to work in Operations of FMCG industry
• Fast learning and agile
• Result-oriented, resilient and highly responsible
• Having good planning and analytical skill
• Able to work under high pressure
• Having good communication skill in Vietnamese and English
