Job Function/Purpose

List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
1. Drive the plant management team and finance team towards a weekly reporting of variances
2. Ensure accurate recording and reporting of inventory transactions. Reconcile perpetual to G/L inventory monthly
3. Take a leadership role in the implementation of cycle count procedures, physical inventories, and plant floor controls to ensure accurate reporting.
4. Prepare inventory roll forward of both production units and dollars on a monthly basis to ensure the perpetual are accurate
5. Prepare journal vouchers for month end closing. Work with US counterparts in ensuring inventory accounts and intercompany accounts are balanced.
6. Analyze recording of actual cost vs. standard cost and identify variances in recording and ensure variances properly explained.
7. Ensure inventory receipts and shipment records are complete for local duty drawback claims.
8. Support in prepare annually standard budget and operating plans
9. Monitor and properly control plant waste sales and related reporting
10. Involve in the plant audit activities (Safety, 5S…)

3. Là người lãnh đạo việc thực hiện quy trình kiểm kê, kiểm kê định kỳ và kiểm soát nhà máy để đảm bảo báo cáo chính xác.
4. Chuẩn bị báo cáo roll forward về đơn vị sản xuất và giá trị của những tháng cơ bản để đảm bảo báo cáo liên tục chính xác.
5. Chuẩn bị chứng từ để đóng sổ cuối tháng. Làm việc với các đối tác US để đảm bảo tài khoản hàng tồn kho và tài khoản nội bộ đều cân bằng
6. Phân tích tài liệu chi phí thực tế so với chi phí tiêu chuẩn và xác định chênh lệch, đảm bảo nhưng sai lệch trên được giải quyết đúng đắn.
7. Đảm bảo chứng từ của các lô hàng nhập và hàng xuất đã hoàn thành để làm hoàn thuế.
8. Hỗ trợ cho việc chuẩn bị ngân sách tiêu chuẩn và kế hoạch hoạt động
9. Giám sát và kiểm soát phế liệu của nhà mát và các báo cáo liên quan.
10. Tham gia vào các hoạt động kiểm soát nhà máy( An toàn, 5S,…)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University graduate (commercial degree preferred)
- At least 2 to 4 years working experience in the same position or in the purchasing position for large company’s size
- Good command in English, both oral and written
- Good at Microsoft office/excel/PowerPoint...
- Have wide knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, efficiency
- Hard working and trying to learn and catch up with the work demand
- Able to work successfully and productively in a team environment or independently and deal with multi-tasks effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and challenging environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to envision and deliver innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to listen effectively, respond appropriately, and maintain mutual comfort level while relating to a diverse workforce.
