Mô tả công việc
• Adhere to administrative / operational procedures and ensure procedures are implemented accordingly
• Manage filing system
• Assist to carry out daily checks on facilities / equipment and work with Maintenance team for the management and up-keep of all facilities / equipment and submit the report to Immediate Supervisor
• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations of the College
• Prepare dossiers for renewal and ensure certificates / permits / contracts of the College are up-to-date
• Assist to liaise with external contractors / suppliers to ensure efficient utilization and prompt up keep of facilities / equipment
• Manage room and facility settings for training courses
• Support Sales & Marketing / Business Development / Corporate Development teams with operational support for Company / College events
• Together with Head Cook / Cook, monitor the process of meal order and gather feedback to catering service and provide Reports.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Batchelor/ Diploma in English Languages, Economics or related majors.
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- Active and honest
- Preferable candidates with at least 6 months experience
- Vietnamese only
