Operations Executive

I. Job Scope Summary:
- Supporting the Operations (S) Manager on execution of business development & marketing strategic planning for hospital’s services.
- Assist to submit reports on the performance, finances, work load data across service settings for Operations (S) Manager and/ or any other data required by Operations (S) Manager.
- Assistant Operations (S) Manager in the Clinical Centre(s) annual report and work plans
- Plan, drive and manage quality improvement projects at the Hospital/ Clinical Centre level.
- Creating yearly budget for sales/visit from each doctors/clinics/services
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary within the scope of Operations
II .Principal Responsibilities :

- Service Quality
- Project Management

- Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare environment.
- Experience:
+ Practical experience in the hospital environment 1-3 years
+ Knowledge and understanding of medical and IT systems used for efficient data gathering
+Good knowledge of MOH requirements of management.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively, well written and oral in National and English language
- Proficiency in computer, particularly in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Research and Statistics
