Operations Executive

We are currently searching for an Operations Executive to join our Hanoi team starting in April 2022. Responsibilities:
• Administer international standardized exams and qualifications following established procedures;
• Provide administrative support including customer-facing engagements prior to, during and after exam dates;
• Regularly contribute to ongoing revision and enhancement of established guidelines and procedures to improve test administration efficiency and quality;
• Participate in publicity and marketing campaigns to promote the Company’s products;
• Assist teachers in training activities and in-class assessments;
• Monitor student progress and liaise with parents;
• Other tasks as required by the Company.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferrably in a related field);
• Adequate English skills (B2 or above);
• Team player mentality with a professional, goal-oriented work attitude and a high level of commitment.
