Operations Executive

1. Prepare documents (CO/CQ, Customs Declaration Sheets, Invoice/Packing List, AWB…) for dealers after goods delivery; for Sales persons (for Tenders…) & Service Department
2. Declare the insurance for shipments; Check & Confirm the Payment to Insurance company monthly; Work with Insurance & Related parties for Loss/Damaged goods
3. Back up in doing sale quotation in Sale Force
4. Back-up in doing the Sales Contract &, PO in SAP, placing orders to other Olympus BCs
5. Back up in doing/preparing customs document with forwarder
6. Back up in doing import duty/making outbound delivery in SAP
7. Support inventory checking both Demo/Loaner and Sale goods
8. Monitor & Control Safety Stock

- Educational qualification: College/ University or higher education is preferred
- Specialized knowledge: Knowledge in Warehouse, Logistics, Business administration
- Experiences : At least 1-3 year experience about Logistics, experience work with third party
- Skills:
+ Team work skill
+ Working in high pressure environment
+ High level communication skill and negotiation skill
- Foreign Language/ Information Technology:
+ Basic English
+ Microsoft office
+ SAP experience is plus
