Operations Executive

- We are in search of a highly motivated Operations Executive who is readily to take their career to the next level in an international fast-growing company. - - We are seeking ones who will join our active Operation team that focuses on highly impact, platform-wide initiatives via a suite of proprietary solutions.
Refer The operation Officer will be in Ho Chi Minh’s office.

***Key Responsibilities
The day-to-day activities: Support and perform the daily operation task for FinOS and our partners including reconciliation & settlement, transaction management, product operations, risk management and customer service, collect and filter requests, handle incidents/ issues…) as below detail:
• Be familiar with operating financial services to manage transaction between many parties, reconciliation, activate /deactivate accounts, keep eye on distributing financial products on different network.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness/ quality of professional activities trans and propose appropriate improvements. Manage handling of suspicious transactions. Manage transaction monitoring and authorization.
• Analyse and interpret data and reports. Resolve problems with data analysis services and reporting services
• Manage fees reconciliation and settlement with banks, merchants and partners.
• Handle and control of documents, work processing documents, reports and other documents relate to Operations area
• Get familiar with CMS tool for configuring some of the running function for partner.
• Have customer service skill to manage and reply clients’ email query
• Draft guideline, training Docs and draw chart for operation process, review and revision of quality documents;
• Work with others (IT, PM, BA) in the development of data warehouses and other data sources to support managerial and business intelligence reporting needs or develop / improve functions.
• Work closely with Stakeholders and Operation Managers to gather and crystallize requirements.
• Build and maintain a detailed backlog of epics, user stories, test cases with comprehensive acceptance criteria to turn business requirements into actionable development specifications.
• Define features and Operation enhancements that meet business objectives and problems that target partner are faced with.
• Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity.
• Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter.
• Other duties may be assigned as required.

*Line Manager: This position is reporting to Operation Manager

***Technical/Functional skills:
• Strong understanding of payments domain and payments industry, with focus on transaction processing.
• Ability in analyzing the operation process and creating cash flow process, working flow diagrams.
• Ability in completion by through functional requirements models like use cases and wireframes.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Excellent on Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power-point, visio., drawio, photo-shop, Outlook, and Internet, CMS etc…
• Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both product and technical teams
• Good at English and Vietnamese (writing and verbal communications)

***Be an Advantage but not a Must:
• An extensive background (2+ years) in financial operation tasks in bank/ finance/ payment/ accounting / fintech companies.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing
