In this role, you will be an essential part of the company and get a high degree of personal responsibility. People are our most valuable asset. You will go through an extensive training programs where you will gain industry knowledge, international experience, better communication skills and techniques relevant to your position. We offer you a truly international environment and you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and companies all over the world the world. The key tasks of an Operations Executive are:
 Control and monitor the delivery for export shipments / empties at terminal, ICD via barge.
 Update vessel schedule in IBOX for Ho Chi Minh + Danang+ Quinhon
 Control VGM – Preload file for USA, Japan export.
 Check & confirm invoice from vendor & MSC Cost Control
 Perform shift duty at night when required
 Send daily report to Operations Assistant Manager, Assigned person and Logistics Team.
 Routing update.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Requirement:
 Positive attitude and able to work under pressure;
 Good communication & interpersonal skills;
 Excellent communication (verbal and written)
 Ability to work independently;
 Good people skills and good relationship with ICDs, terminal.
 Problem solving skills;
 Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
