Operations Executive- 3-Month Temporary contract

• Keep track of equipment stock and ensure we always have enough clean and good condition containers
• Ensure all containers are technically and sanitarily checked and updated accordingly in the systems.
• Optimize turn time of empty containers Haiphong area
• Ensure the good performance of vendors under the contracts with Maersk Vietnam ltd in North Vietnam area
• Person must be willing to work outside working hours as per job required.
• Willing to attend to terminal, depot based on the requirements of the works.

• Bachelor Degree
• Experience in shipping is preferred but not a must
• Good English skills including speaking, writing and reading is a must
• Outgoing, diligent, honest
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions for dilemmas and problems
• Team player with ability to work under pressure
• Self-directed, displays initiative and can work independently to focus on results
• Literacy in Microsoft Office
