EXHIBITOR MANUAL - ONLINE System
• Adapt all adjustments from Offline Manual into Online Manual
• Test Online system in order to make sure the system work correctly and send notification to correct exhibitors and related contractors
• Solve any problems relating to online system for exhibitors, project and contractors
FLOORPLAN MANAGEMENT
• Draw floorplan with accurate dimensions by AutoCAD
• Weekly receive the updates from Project team, record all FP adjustment requests with signature from PMs all time
• Weekly update floorplan and circulate to Project team
• Weekly update official contractors the latest floorplan
• Make Final Floorplan and get GM approval 1 week before the shows
FLOORPLAN RECONCILE
• Plan for FP reconcile meeting to involve project and finance team to sit together
• Project, operations and finance team to check and synchronize the floorplan, actual contracts, VAS/FOC list
• Finance to make report after every meeting
• After the show, finance team to sit with operations, project team to review actual plan against the final floorplan and make report
ORGANIZER REQUIREMENT
• Work with project and marketing team to allocate & finalize Organizer Requirement area in floorplan
• Deisgn 3D OR and send to contractors for briefing
• Design graphic for all OR designs
• Finalize and confirm OR for production to contractors
• Monitor the installation on-site to make sure the OR is built in the correct designs and on-time
VAS BOOTH DESIGN
• Work with project team and exhibitors to receive the briefing
• Monitor the installation on-site to make sure the booths are built in the correct designs and on-time
SPECIAL DESIGN FROM OUTSIDE CONTRACTOR APPROVAL
• Request Exhibitors to submit Form 12 to appoint their official contractors
• Follow up with appointed outside contractors for the booth design
• Review and approve special booth designs
• Inform the booth design approval to contractors
• Inform outside contractors to contact the Hall Venue to settle the performance bond, management fee and contractor badges
• Inform the outside contractors list to hall venue for their management
• Be Coordinator between outside contractors, hall venue, exhibitors for all problems happened relating to booth designs
• Monitor the installation on-site to make sure the booths designs are built as exactly as he design approval
ONE-ON-ONE MEETING
• Conduct meetings
EXHIBITOR BRIEFING
• Conduct exhibitor briefing
ROASTER MEETING
• Conduct presentation

• Bachelor's degree related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2 year experience in exhibition industry
• Required language(s): English, Vietnamese. Good in English.
• Computer literacy is a pre-requisite.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
• Patient, Detail – oriented, responsible, reliable, To-do attitude, creative
• Good at AutoCAD, Architectural based, 2D Software (AI, Photoshop), 3D Software (modeling, render, texture, sketch-up), send portfolio.
• Service-minded with good customer contact skills, hard-working and self-motivate
• Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.
• Polite, professional phone voice.
Working conditions
The position may require longer working hours in high season when show is coming include evening, weekends and holidays.
