Operations Director

In this role, you will manage the launch and the run of our operations, in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be a key leader in coming up with initiatives to drive growth and operational efficiencies. You will work closely with LEROY MERLIN Vietnam CEO and the leadership team.
● Prior to our platform launch, contribute to define and build our operations processes, in collaboration with all our teams (tech, marketing, product, supply, finance).
● In the run, ensure appropriate planning, development and execution of our Operations activities for both sides of our platform:
○ Customers: service request qualification, technical advice, operation support (scheduling, payment, guarantee, litigation),...
○ Professionals: qualification, enrollment, operation support (scheduling, payment, technical support,... ), training, community events,...
● Perform data monitoring and analysis, and provide proper action plans based on our communities’ feedbacks and insights
● Ensure strong partnerships within internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality work within timelines and budgets provided
● Frequently update results and analysis of operations activities
● Recruit, develop and manage the Operations teams ; shape the organization including Customer Support Center, Professional Support Center, and Technical & Ops department

You have a strong operational and analytical skills, as well as strategic business sense. You are able to pilot a large scope of activities, juggling strategic thinking with day-to-day operation management. Rigorous, demanding and always on time on your duties, you are obsessed with process optimization and customer satisfaction.
● Minimum 7 years of experience in the construction field, building management, or any operation-intense environment related to housing
● Knowledge on several technical domains such as plumbing, electricity, painting, etc…
● Passion for the home, interior design and construction field
● Entrepreneurial spirit : agility, creativity, perseverance, high involvement and self-management
● Desire and motivation to work in a start-up environment
● Hands-on leadership, with experience managing a large team
● Advanced analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication & project management skills
● Good command of written and verbal English & Vietnamese
● Would be considered as key advantages :
