Operations Coordinator, Tui Destination Experiences

As an Operations Coordinator for TUI Destination Experiences, you will join our professional Intercruises Team in delivering complete customer satisfaction and handling international cruise ships.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Compiling Shore Excursion proposals for all ports in Vietnam
• To respond to all inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours)
• Pre-operational execution preparations - secure and supervise third party services/suppliers, coaches, Guides, etc. for the tours
• Communicating with relevant port authorities for clearance and with port agent to confirm ship schedule and berthing arrangements
• To coordinate and deliver services / program at the Port during the Cruise Call
• Updating cruise information into the Cruise Database to ensure all the relevant quotations extended to customers are file in a central area for easy reference
• Maintaining & updating all contact information (on some cases pricing) on both suppliers & customers (either existing or potential) in the contact database or a format that is easily accessible by your colleagues & management
• Invoicing and costing– preparation and dissemination on a timely manner. Information are promptly entered into the database
• To provide cost analysis (Profit & Loss) for all invoiced bookings to the Finance on a timely manner
• Verification of suppliers/vendors invoices, bills and payments
• Develop new tour products for all ports in Vietnam when cruise season is low

• Working experience in hotel, travel and related service industry preferred
• Minimum qualification with SPM/Diploma holder or equivalent
• Good team player who is highly independent and result-orientated
• Good oral/written English communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work with accuracy under time constraints and intense pressure to deliver results
• Possess own transport and can travel on the job
