Operations Coordinator

• Working on-sites at the factory (80%) and the company also (20%) at Nomura Industrial zone – An Duong, Hai Phong
• Fully comply with factory’s HSE rules)
• Monitor and guide service providers to comply with customers’ – manage daily KPI
• Planning truck arrangement & manage in/out control
• Monitor established processes and audit measures to support and meet customers’ requirements at an agreed level.
• Problem Resolution – ensure issues are tackled immediately and escalate to warehouse supervisor when there are potential costs impact and service issues.
- • Oversee and maintain operations reports and inventories records, prepare reports
• Ensure required reports are provided in a timely and accurate manner to customer inland/oversea
• Review and propose processes which will help to achieve cost savings and ensure profitability
• Plan, schedule, coordinate and set priorities work with the team,
• Payment submission: prepare shipping document & coordinate with Finance for billing
• Support team including Warehousing tasks (5S/SSE/CTPAT)
• Ready receive other designed tasks

- Colleges / University graduation
- At least 1 working – year experience in Trucking / Warehouse / Logistics
- Can communicate in English, esp. email writing.
- Ability to work independently
- Honest, hard-working, teamwork.
