Mô tả công việc

Role & Responsibilities:
• Manage Operations (OP) and Customer Service team (CS) (Air Export/ Air Import/ Ocean Export/ Ocean Import)
• Working with airlines/ shipping lines for all daily ad-hoc rate request.
• Enhance good relationship with airlines, shipping lines and other vendors to obtain better service and cost.
• Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation for new & existing customer.
• Manage and ensure CS team follow SOP, data’s right updated onto systems and timely.
• Co-ordinate and support sales team to develop biz.
• Co-ordinate and support OP onsite team to solve daily trouble

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Qualifications:
• Hard working
• Careful and detailed
• Willing to work overtime, night/weekends shift
• MS Skills
• English fluent
• 05 years or above in Forwarding & Transportation experience.
• Have good knowledge of transportation modes and terms

Quyền lợi được hưởng
