Key Responsibilities
General and Task Management
• Be a bridging role to deliver material development request from customers to factory site
• Delegate to the team day to day targets and responsibilities
• Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements plus the escalation procedure for quality concerns is followed
• Ensure full adherence to 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices at all times
• Assist the Quality Assurance Manager with implementation of the Quality Management System
• Support senior management with implementation of the Quality Policy and Quality Objectives, and ensure that they are communicated and understood by all employees
• Participate in the Internal Audit Process for QA, Human Safety, Lab
• Facilitate all customer audits
• Participate and take minutes for the annual Management Review meetings
• Other duties as required

• 28-35 years old
• Bachelors of technical – Chemical/ Industrial Engineering. Preferable candidates experienced in polymer industry.
• At least 3 years experience in QC or material developer role
• Good in written and spoken English
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Able to work independently as well as a part of company teams and hard working.
• Salary: Negotiable
