Operations & Reservations Executive

- Handle hotel, boat, air ticket, restaurant, guide, touring, visas, transfers and all local service reservations
- Control rates for all bookings that are equal to service contracts
- Manage deadlines of cancellation & payment terms accordingly to suppliers’ policy
- Notify deadline of cancellation & payment to Destination Specialist (sales) Team
- Coordinate with Destination Specialist Team to resolve customer problems on the spot
- Follow up debit notes from suppliers and report to Operation Manager the final invoice should be paid
- Update tour cost to Accounting Department
- Report to Operation Manager as required
- Fully embrace, use and enter all data into Travel Studio destination management software

- Comprehensive listening, speaking & writing in English
- Good communicator
- General knowledge about the tourism industry in Vietnam
- Comprehensive knowledge of tourist sites / hotels / restaurants / transportation / airlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with complex computer software systems
- Proactive, resourceful, responsible, independent and assertive
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work in a professional environment
- Ability to adapt and multi tasks as required
